Check out the IPF Momma Groove Blog, as Lisa Williams shares her experiences as a working mom finding her way back to healthy living through the 35 Day Challenge!
Lisa was the female Challenge Champ of our January Challenge! She lost 12 pounds & her fitness level greatly improved.
“I loved that I made myself the priority. And, by doing that, I was able to reconnect with what I needed to make myself, healthy, happy and strong. I enjoyed seeing everyone each week, sharing recipes and workout ideas, smiling, laughing, and having fun. Everyone in the challenge was committed to the program and ready to make a change. It required letting go of a lot of junk. Metaphorically and physically…but in the end, letting go allowed us to gain so much!”
Jay Waters won the Male Challenge Champ title by losing 20 lbs!
“The IPF 35 Day Challenge was just what I needed to answer the question that I had about why I was exercising regularly but not seeing any weight loss or improvement to my shape. The three most significant things that led me to lose 20 lbs in 35 days were portion control, kitchen is closed after 7:00 pm, and completely cutting out sweets.
The success is very uplifting, however, I couldn’t have done it without my live in chef/wife, my loving and nurturing fitness coach and assistant at IPF, and the rest of the team who I took the challenge with. They were very motivating and the friendly competition was a blast.”
