YIN YOGA with Birgit Nilson
Yin Yoga is a quiet practice that uses long held floor postures to stimulate the connective tissue that forms our joints. Each class will target problematic areas of the body such as the lower back and spine, hips and upper legs. This practice helps to restore the natural range of motion in the joints and offers the potential to release some of the body’s deeper holding patterns. The focus is less on fitness and more about slowing down and connecting with your body-mind. Mindfulness techniques will be introduced. All levels are welcome.
MORNING FLOW YOGA with Birgit Nilson
Get an early start on your day with an energizing Yoga practice with Birgit in a beautiful setting. We will use flowing sequences to wake you up and move your muscles. A special selection of poses will improve your posture, flexibility, balance and strength and leave will leave you invigorated for the rest of your day. No previous yoga experience necessary.
