Our four main class formats are Pilates Matwork, Small Group Fitness Training (Bosu Blast! & Total Body Strength), Dance Fusion Fitness (Bellyfit, DanceFIT & Zumba) and Yoga. All classes complement each other extremely well. Choose one format, or we recommend combining them, for a well rounded, exciting workout routine.
